The Day A Dream Came True...

This morning, I took Megan for a special day with mommy...groceries at Walmart. :-)

Nathan stayed home with Daddy...and, I knew it'd be a morning full of snacks and Looney Tunes. Before their day started, Daddy decided to take the garbage out. Following Nathan out of the door, Ben suddenly grabbed Nathan's shirt and headed right back into the house.

Meanwhile, Mommy is standing in front of Walmart's freezer case pondering the waffle choices, when her cell phone rings.

Daddy whispers, "How close are you to coming home?"

"Um, pretty soon. Why?"

"I didn't want you to drive up the driveway...the backyard is full of turkeys! Nay-Nay and I are watching them out of our bedroom window. I'll call you when they're gone!"

"Ok." Click.

A few minutes later, Ben calls back and cries, "We got him!!! You can come home now."

lol!

So, Ben's dream of hunting right from his bedroom window came true...
